Renovating the children's ward of the city hospital

One Saturday we organised a work day on the children's internal ward of the „Južni Banat“ Health Centre in Pančevo. Rotarians from other clubs, donors and friends of the club joined us.

What was done

• all mattresses were replaced
• the metal bed frames were repaired
• damage to the roof and torn telephone cables were fixed
• worn ceiling lights were replaced
• the façade was repaired, cleaned and painted
• gutters, drip edges, grilles and the entrance doors were painted

Another Saturday spent enjoyably and usefully.

What pleased us most

Afterwards our Facebook page filled with praise and congratulations — but what we valued most were the messages from fellow citizens asking to be included in the next action. If you would like to join, write to us or contact any member of the club.
