Twenty hospital beds for the Pančevo General Hospital

Representatives of Rotary Clubs „Mihajlo Pupin“ of Pančevo and „Beograd Metropoliten“ handed over a donation of 20 hospital beds to the Pančevo General Hospital.
The beds went to the Internal Medicine and Surgery wards, where a serious shortage of beds had persisted for a long time.
From Norway, through two clubs
The delivery was made possible by cooperation between Serbian Rotary clubs and humanitarian organisations from Norway. The donation to Pančevo was the first stage of a wider effort by „Beograd Metropoliten“, which imported 140 beds in total; the rest were distributed to other institutions.
„We are glad to have been able to help our hospital with this donation, in partnership with our friends from ‘Beograd Metropoliten’," said Miodrag Ristić of our club.
