Blood donation drive with the Red Cross

On 30 March 2022 the Red Cross Pančevo and Rotary Club „Mihajlo Pupin“ organised an afternoon blood donation drive at the Red Cross premises, from 1 to 5 p.m.
The afternoon slot was chosen deliberately — many people simply cannot leave work in the morning, which makes donating difficult however much they would like to.
The Red Cross Pančevo holds the drive on the last Wednesday of every month, at the same hours. Blood cannot be stockpiled far in advance and supplies are never sufficient — every unit matters to someone who is on an operating table that day.
